All my pieces are handcrafted using quality materials combining both traditional and contemporary millinery techniques. Prices start at £80 with larger pieces costing no more than £300
Make an appointment to come to the studio with your special outfit. Appointments take around an hour and I am available during the week, evenings and weekends. You can try on different shapes and colours to get ideas about what suits your shape and colouring, I can show different materials and order in samples to show you. I can hand dye materials to exactly match your outfit and can even and make trims such as flowers to incorporate material from your dress so it exactly matches your hat.
Once we have agreed on a final design, I will require 50% deposit to cover the cost of the materials. Once the deposit has been received, I can immediately start work on your beautiful new design. I personally handcraft all headwear from my home studio in Derby. It will take me between 2-6 weeks to make your finished piece and I can keep you updated on the progress being made periodically.
Once your new hat is finished I will let you know and you can visit the studio for a for a final fitting. Any minor alterations can be made so that you feel 100% happy with the finished piece. The final balance is payable before you take the hat away. Enjoy your day and send me lots of photos of you in your special outfit.
